PRE-ORDERS


Q: When will pre-orders start to ship out?

A: We usually receive our New Release shipments from Korea 5 to 10 days after the item’s release date. We ship out the moment they arrive.


Q: How long after release do albums appear in your store?

A: 5 to 10 Days after Korean Release


PROCESSING/DELIVERY/SHIPPING:


Q: I just placed my order. Why don’t I have any updates?

A: Orders can take up to 48 hours to process. If you signed up for our notifications, you will receive updates throughout the processing, shipping, and delivery stages.


Q: Its been 48 hours. Why don’t I have shipping yet?

A: Shipping usually takes 3-5 days, unless it is a heavy concert/event week. We are a small business with a limited staff, but we will work to get your order out ASAP. You can always email Customer Service (cskpopstoreinusa@gmail.com) if you have concerns!


Q: I placed an order for IN-STORE PICKUP. When is it ready?

A: It usually takes us 48 hours to process orders. If you’ve signed up for our email notifications, you will receive an email the moment your order is ready for pickup. If not, please allow 48 hours for processing and packing.


Q: I didn’t receive my poster in the mail!

A: Posters must be purchased separately and are shipped in separate tubes. They can arrive a few days after the album delivery. If it has not shown up within the week, please reach out to our customer service email (cskpopstoreinusa@gmail.com) and we will get you sorted!


Q: How much is shipping to ______?

A: Shipping is calculated at checkout and will give you an accurate price for your shipment.

Q: I bought the wrong version of an album online. Can I return it?

A: If the album is unopened, you can pay for return shipping to our store. From there, we will issue you a full refund.


Q: I bought a lightstick, but I don’t need it anymore. Can I return it?

A: If the lightstick is unopened, you can pay for return shipping to our store. From there, we will issue you a full refund.

 

Q: I bought an item but realized I no longer need it. Can I just return it?

A: You can! But there will be a 10% restocking fee placed on your refund.
